I was a tenant for 6 years with Ballantynes. Every staff member that I interacted with was professional and respectful. Repairs and faults were rectified quickly, and communication was always followed up promptly. A special mention to Emma Henry who was very helpful during a complicated landlord situation.
I have been using the office services at Ballantynes Surveyors and Estate Agents for a long time, and their administration, speed, and professionalism are consistently flawless. A very special mention goes to Kelly, who has managed my property matters perfectly for 12 years. Her expertise, immediate responsiveness, and calm approach make everything effortless. If you want a stress-free property experience in Edinburgh, this team and Kelly are the absolute best choice!!!
